We would like to inform you that our CPQ system will be temporarily unavailable due to the implementation of hard archiving of quotes in order to improve the system performance. As we announced in our previous notification, the upgrade process will take place on May 10-11-12, 17-18-19 and 24-25-26, and during this time, the system will be down.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this downtime is necessary to ensure that the upgrade is successful and that our platform operates at its best performance. We expect the system to be back online on May 6, 20 and 27. However, please note that there may be some additional downtime if unexpected issues arise during the upgrade process.
